Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling - 24 hours’ notice required: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: The lesson will normally be charged. - Illness/Emergencies: We aim to be understanding and will reschedule where possible. 2. Lesson Plans (Block Bookings) - Validity: Plans must be used within 4 months of purchase. - Refunds: A full refund is available if you decide not to continue after the first lesson. After the first lesson, payments are non-refundable. - Rescheduling: Lessons within a plan can be rearranged flexibly within the 4-month period. 3. Teacher Cancellations - If a teacher cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled. - If rescheduling is not possible, no charge will apply and the plan will remain unaffected. 4. Payment & Enforcement - All lessons or plans are paid in advance. - Failure to follow this policy may result in lessons being paused until fees are settled. Summary for Parents - Cancel >24 hrs = no charge. - Cancel <24 hrs = charged (unless illness/emergency). - Plans valid 4 months. - Full refund only after the first lesson if you don’t wish to continue.
